What is AntimMessage?
AntimMessage is a secure place to leave a last message for the people you trust. You write your message, add your trusted keepers, and confirm you are well with a simple monthly check-in. If you stop checking in and do not respond to our reminders, your message can be released to your keepers under the release rules.
Who is AntimMessage for?
Anyone aged 18 or over who wants to make sure their loved ones hear from them one last time: people living alone, frequent travellers, people working abroad, parents who want to leave guidance for their children, or anyone who wants important words and documents to reach the right people once they are gone.
Why would I need this?
Many things are never said, and important information (where documents are kept, account details, personal wishes, words of love) is often lost when someone passes away unexpectedly. AntimMessage keeps your message sealed and private while you are alive and makes sure it reaches the people you choose if you can no longer check in.
How does AntimMessage work in simple steps?
1) Register and verify your email and phone with an OTP. 2) Complete your profile: add emergency contacts and keepers, write your message and set your Safe Key. 3) Choose a monthly or yearly plan (plus any add-ons) and pay via Razorpay. 4) Tap “I’m Here / I Am Good” in the portal before each monthly due date (1st of every month). 5) If you miss a check-in, we send SMS/email reminders; after the waiting period, an office bearer reviews your case and follows the release process.
Is AntimMessage a will?
No. AntimMessage is not a will, trust or legal instrument, and it has no legal effect on money, property or succession. If you want your wishes about assets to be legally binding, please consult a qualified advocate and prepare a valid will.
How do I sign up?
Click “Get Started” on the website, register with your email and phone number, and verify both with the one-time password (OTP) we send you. You can then complete your profile, add keepers and write your message.
What details do I need to register?
Your name, email address and mobile number. After registration you will add your emergency contacts, keepers and your message, and choose a plan.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
Can I try AntimMessage before paying?
You can register and explore the portal, but your plan and protection (check-ins, reminders and release) become active only after a successful payment or an authorised coupon activation.
How do I log in?
Use the “Login” button on the website with your registered credentials. OTP verification may be used to confirm it is you.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot password” option on the login page to reset it through OTP verification. If you still cannot get in, email Support@antimmessage.com from your registered email address.
Can I change my phone number or email?
Yes. You can update your profile details from the portal. Changes to your login phone or email may need fresh OTP verification. Please keep these up to date, because reminders are sent to them.
Can I create an account for my parent or another person?
The account should belong to the person whose message it is, because only they can check in each month and set the Safe Key. You can help a family member set up their own account, but the check-ins must come from them.
How do I close or delete my account?
Email Support@antimmessage.com from your registered email with a request to close your account. Once closed, check-ins stop and your stored message and documents will not be released. [Confirm deletion timeline and what data is retained.]
What can I include in my message?
Anything you want your loved ones to know: personal words, memories, apologies, guidance, where important papers are kept, or practical instructions. You write it yourself; we do not edit it.
How long can my message be?
Every plan includes 3,500 characters free per message. If you need more, you can buy an extra 3,500 characters for ₹50 per year, and you can buy this add-on more than once.
Can I upload documents?
Yes. Each message group includes one PDF page free. Extra PDF pages are available for ₹50 each (one-time). Documents stay sealed with your message until delivery.
What type of documents can I store?
The standard allowance is in PDF format. Useful examples include lists of bank or insurance details, a copy of your will (prepared with a lawyer), property papers, or a letter to your family. [Confirm supported file types and size limits.]
Can I edit my message after I have saved it?
Yes. You stay in control of your content and can update your message from the portal at any time while your account is active. You will need your Safe Key to open your sealed vault.
Can I send different messages to different people?
Yes. You can buy an additional keeper message group for ₹50 (one-time). This lets you create a separate message for a different set of keepers, for example one for your spouse and another for your children.
Can I add audio, video or photos?
Yes, you can add photos in PDF format, but audio and video messages are not supported at this time.
Does AntimMessage read or check my message?
No. We do not review, verify or act on the content of your message or documents. You are responsible for what you write and upload.
Is there anything I should not store?
Avoid storing full passwords, card numbers, PINs or OTPs in plain text. Instead, tell your family where such information can be found or who to contact. Do not upload unlawful content.
Who are keepers?
Keepers are the trusted people (and, optionally, a lawyer contact) who may receive your message when the release rules are met.
How many keepers can I add?
You can have three keepers with the standard package, and you can add more by paying ₹50 per year for each extra keeper (email and phone included).
Do my keepers know they have been added?
No, your keepers do not know that they have been added. We do not contact them unless you stop checking in or we stop hearing from you.
Can my keepers read my message before it is released?
No. Your message and documents stay sealed until the release process is completed.
Can I change or remove keepers?
Yes. You can update your keepers’ contact details or remove keepers from the portal at any time.
What happens if a keeper’s phone or email changes?
Please update it in the portal. Delivery depends on valid keeper details, and AntimMessage is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or outdated contact details.
What is the lawyer notification add-on?
For ₹50 per year, you can name a lawyer contact who will receive a notice when your message is released. This is only a notification to the contact you name. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice.
Can a keeper be outside India?
Yes, as long as you provide a valid email and phone number that we can reach. 5. Monthly Check-in & Reminders
What is the monthly check-in?
Once your plan is active, you get a due date (1st of every month). Before that date each month, log in and tap “I’m Here / I Am Good”. This tells us you are well and keeps your message sealed.
How long does a check-in take?
A few seconds. Log in and tap the button.
Will I be reminded to check in?
Yes. We send gentle reminders by SMS and/or email, especially if a check-in is missed, before any escalation starts.
What if I forget to check in once?
Nothing is released immediately. You will receive reminders, and you can simply log in and check in to reset your cycle. Your message is only released after continued non-response and a review by an office bearer.
What are check-in callbacks?
If you prefer a phone call to remind you, you can add a check-in callback for ₹200 per month or ₹2,000 per year.
I am travelling, in hospital or without internet. What should I do?
Check in before you leave if you can. If you know you will be unreachable for a while, contact Support@antimmessage.com in advance so your case is not escalated by mistake.
Can someone else check in for me?
No. The check-in is meant to confirm that you personally are well, so please keep your login private. Letting someone else check in on your behalf defeats the purpose of the service.
What happens if I miss my check-in?
We send reminders by SMS and/or email. If you still do not respond, your case may be escalated to an office bearer. After the waiting period, the office bearer reviews the case and follows the release process, which may lead to your content being released to your keepers as configured.
How long is the waiting period before release?
We make three attempts within 10 days to reach you by email and chat. If there is no response, your case is escalated to our office bearers, who will try to check on you. If all attempts to reach you fail and no contact is established, your last message is released to your keepers.
Who is an office bearer?
An authorised AntimMessage team member who handles escalated cases. They review a missed-check-in case and follow the defined release process before any content is sent.
Will you try to contact me or my family before releasing?
Yes. Reminders go to you first. During escalation, authorised personnel may reach out to your contacts to help confirm your situation, without sharing any details or the reason for contacting them.
How will my keepers receive my message?
Your keepers will receive your last message by email. The message is protected by your 6-digit Safe Key, which will be shared with them separately by email.
Can a message be released by mistake?
Release only happens after missed check-ins, repeated reminders, a waiting period and an office bearer review. Keeping your phone and email up to date and responding to reminders is the best way to prevent accidental release.
What if I pass away but my subscription has expired?
Monitoring and release depend on an active subscription where required. We recommend the annual plan with auto-renewal, or setting a reminder to renew, so your protection does not lapse. 7. Safe Key, Security & Privacy
What is the Safe Key?
A 6-digit key you set to unlock your sealed message vault in the portal. It adds an extra layer of protection on top of your login. Keepers receive the same 6-digit Safe Key in a separate email when your message is delivered.
I forgot my Safe Key. What happens?
You can reset your Safe Key after logging in to your account.
How is my data protected?
We use password authentication (passwords are stored hashed), OTP verification, role-based access permissions for staff, and the Safe Key for your vault. No security measure is perfect, so please protect your login details and Safe Key.
Can AntimMessage staff read my message?
Access is limited by role-based permissions. Only key stakeholders can access your message. However, they will not access your last message unless we are legally required to do so or in exceptional circumstances.
What personal data do you collect?
Account details (name, email, phone, hashed password), service details (contacts, keepers, messages and documents), billing information processed by Razorpay, and operational logs.
Who do you share my data with?
Only as needed to run the service: payment processors (Razorpay), SMS/email communication providers, authorised personnel handling escalations, your designated keepers (on release), and legal authorities when required by law.
Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell your personal data.
Do you store my card or bank details?
No. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive only the payment status and billing information needed for your account.
How do I make a privacy request?
Email Support@antimmessage.com with your request (for example, to access, correct or delete your data). 8. Plans, Pricing & Add-ons
What is included in both plans?
Monthly check-in, trusted contacts, a secure message (3,500 characters), document storage (one PDF page per message group) and account access. Both plans have the same features; only the billing period differs. The monthly plan is ₹100/month and the annual plan is ₹1,000/year (GST included where applicable — see our Pricing page).
Which plan should I choose?
The annual plan is better value and reduces the risk of your protection lapsing because of a missed monthly payment. The monthly plan suits you if you want to try the service first.
Can I buy add-ons later?
Yes. All add-ons are optional and can be bought at any time from your account.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.
Does my plan renew automatically?
[Confirm whether plans auto-renew through Razorpay or must be renewed manually.] You can choose not to renew at the end of your period.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes, you can switch from a monthly to an annual plan at any time. You can move from an annual plan to a monthly plan once the annual period expires. 9. Payments, Coupons & Refunds
How can I pay?
Checkout uses Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. Your plan and add-ons activate after successful payment.
My payment was deducted but my plan is not active. What should I do?
Duplicate charges or gateway failures reported by Razorpay can be refunded or adjusted once verified. Email Support@antimmessage.com with your registered phone/email, transaction reference and a screenshot if possible.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is generated for payments. Quote the invoice number when contacting support about billing.
Can I get a refund?
Fees are generally non-refundable once benefits are activated, except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy. Duplicate charges and failed gateway payments are refunded or adjusted after verification.
Can I cancel mid-cycle and get money back for unused days?
You can stop renewing at the end of your current period. Mid-cycle cancellations do not automatically refund the remaining days, except in exceptional cases agreed in writing.
How do I request a refund and how long does it take?
Email Support@antimmessage.com with your phone/email, invoice number and the reason. We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.
Can I use AntimMessage instead of a will?
No. Content stored here has no testamentary or legally binding effect. For binding wishes about money or property, consult a qualified advocate and prepare a valid will. You may, however, use your message to tell your family where your will is kept.
Does AntimMessage give legal advice?
No. We are not a law firm. The lawyer notification add-on only sends a notice to the lawyer contact you name.
Is my message legally valid as evidence of my wishes?
No. AntimMessage does not verify or certify messages, and they should not be treated as legal documents.
What is AntimMessage not responsible for?
Indirect or consequential losses arising from message content, failed delivery caused by invalid keeper details, missed check-ins caused by you, or outages of third-party services such as payment gateways.
Is the sample letter on the website real?
No. Any sample letter shown on the website is fictional and for illustration only.
Where can I read the full policies?
See the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Service Disclaimer and Refund Policy linked in the website footer. 11. Family & Keepers: After a Release
I received a message from AntimMessage. Is it genuine?
Genuine communication comes only from official AntimMessage channels. We will never ask a keeper to pay money or share OTPs, passwords or bank details to receive a message. If in doubt, email Support@antimmessage.com.
Do keepers need to create an account or pay?
No. Keepers do not need to create an account or pay to receive a message.
The message mentions assets. Does it transfer ownership?
No. The message has no legal effect on property or succession. Please consult a lawyer about the person’s will and legal heirs.
